Anger Management Counselling is a service where clients are offered strategies and techniques to manage excessive anger and make better life choices. We also offer a compressed version of the Anger Management Program, the details for which can be found on the home page under "Anger Workshop". Most of this counselling service is done on a one-on-one basis.
Overall, it can make a person's life happier because much unhappiness and difficulties in relationships are caused by an inability to manage excessive anger. Anger management means to direct the energy of anger into productive and prosocial activities; it is not the same as anger control; See FAQ section
