In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, there seems to be a heightened sense of anxiety which can be overwhelming to many people. This program is meant to address when these feelings arise in order to reduce the pain and suffering that usually follows.
There are many treatments for anxiety depending upon its type and severity. Some main treatment techniques include stress-management, meditation, mindfulness living, abdominal breathing, relaxation techniques, confronting one’s fears, exercising, and support from family and friends. Treatment varies from person to person with a goal towards gaining confidence and control of one’s life by reducing or eradicating the anxiety and its effects.
The cost is $2.13 per minute including tax.
