The Couples Counselling Program aims to help couples/partners to improve the quality of their relationship. It takes into consideration circumstances impacting the couples’ relationship. Some of the topics that are discussed include improving communication skills, enhancing co-operation, promote mindful living and building a strong partnership.
Based on Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), you will learn how to show appreciation and affection to your partner through expressing and identifying each other’s emotions. You will learn about providing quality time, emotional support and about treating each other with mutual respect and dignity. It will help you to better enjoy the time you spend with your partner, as you savour the moments.
