Latchman P. Narain, Ph.D., Founder and Director of the Anger Management Centre of Toronto Inc., is a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in treating anger management, domestic violence, anxiety, and depression. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Master’s and doctoral degrees in Counselling Psychology. He is a mindfulness and meditation teacher in the Vipassana tradition, which informs his psychotherapy practice.

Psychotherapist Latchman also completed a Diploma in Cross Cultural Counselling from St. John’s University, New York City. His previous background includes family counselling, couples counselling, anger management group facilitation, teaching in high schools,guidance counselling and parent educator on effective parenting. In addition, he is a current member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP) as well as the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

He was trained by Anthony Robbins in Personal Development & Coaching workshops. 


Renuka Narain

Chandeni Narain

Chandeni NarainLocation: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Position: Administrative Assistant

Chandeni graduated from the University of Toronto, with an honours Bachelor of Arts, by completing a double major in psychology and political science. She is currently in law school at Lakehead University. Her experience includes providing psychotherapeutic services to children and women, in particular. Chandeni is particularly interested in gender stereotypes, anger, and anxiety management.


Vyshnavie Manmatharajah

Vyshnavie ManmatharajahLocation: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Position: Administrative Assistant and Interpreter 

Vyshnavie graduated from the University of Toronto with a specialist degree in finance and a minor degree in public law. She also graduated from the University of Leicester with a Bachelor of Laws (JD pathway) and recently completed her Masters of Laws (LLM) at the University of Toronto. She has a special interest in the intersection of law and mental health (anxiety, depression, etc.) as well as advocating for women's rights. She primarily uses a solution-focused model of counselling coupled with narrative therapy. She is fluent in English and Tamil.
